Nat began working for R.T. Casey in 2006 as a Medium Voltage Technician. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Construction Engineering. In 2011, Nat became the Operations Manager at R.T. Casey and has managed and co-managed numerous projects. Nat is well versed in submarine cable installations, topside construction, cable splicing & terminating, equipment installation and equipment maintenance (transformers and switchgear).
Justin was introduced to the electrical field after high school when he worked as a technician’s helper on oil rigs and lay vessels in the Gulf of Mexico. Justin worked full time at R.T.Casey from 2000 to 2003. While pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Justin worked at a Fortune 500 company developing skills in strategic planning, marketing, auditing, oral presentation, team building and project management. In 2012, Justin returned to R.T.Casey to apply his skills and expertise to the family business. His current roles are marketing, business development and Submarine Cable Sales.
Rachel graduated Mississippi State University in 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and began working at Waldemar S. Nelson Engineers and Architects in the electrical engineering department. During her time there, Rachel worked on multi-disciplined design projects as the lead electrical engineer for the oil and gas industry, commercial clients and local government. Rachel left Waldemar S. Nelson in 2013 and joined R. T. Casey in the roles of project management and electrical design. Since her time at R.T.Casey, Rachel has been the Project Operations Manager on multiple multi-million dollar projects on the U.S. West Coast and in Alaska. Rachel is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Louisiana.
Fionn joined R.T. Casey in the summer of 2005 just months before Hurricane Katrina. In that time, he has brought the company into the 21st century with the latest in technological advancements which include new servers, cellular and VoIP communications and mobile computing. Fionn manages the day to day computing issues of the company while investigating and researching the computer needs of the company in a proactive manner. He has also performed project administration on key projects in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico. Fionn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Literature from Loyola University of New Orleans in 2008 with minors in Math and Physics.
Hector graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1989 and began working in the Gulf of Mexico oil industry with a private brokering firm. After a brief stint in international sales, Hector moved into inventory tracking, cost control, and transportation logistics for Ocean Going motor tankers, barge, and rail throughout the Continental United Sates. Hector joined R. T. Casey in the fall of 2016 as Supply Chain Manager. Since then Hector has become intergral part of the R.T. Casey team.
