Submarine Cable Splice Assembly
R. T. Casey has designed a proven splice assembly that is capable of housing cables ranging from 5-69kV. This design has been used for over 30 years and is currently operating in locations all over the world. Each assembly is designed “fit for purpose” to accommodate various cable configurations, water depths and subsea conditions.
In-line Heat/Cold Shrink Splices (Joints) & Solid Body (Pre-molded) Splices
R. T. Casey installs in-line splice kits for applications such as indoor, outdoor, manhole and direct burial. We have experience with all major manufacturers splice kits, heat and cold shrink, pre-molded kits (i.e. elastimold) and can perform hand tape splices where applicable. R. T. Casey installs in-line splices both onshore and offshore for voltages ranging from 5kV – 69kV.
