Transformers
R. T. Casey specializes in the customization, supply, installation, and maintenance of many different types of industrial and offshore transformers. We also offer services for upgrades and replacement of damaged accessories. R. T. Casey has partnered with transformer manufactures to provide stainless steel transformers and replacement stainless steel radiators for offshore retro-fit applications.
R. T. Casey is a supplier for Cooper Power Systems and can supply single and three-phase overhead, pad-mount and substation transformers.
R. T. Casey is capable of performing polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) testing and remediation. This includes removing contaminated oil and retro-filling the affected transformers until said transformer is in compliance with US PCB Regulations. Contaminated oil will be disposed of per local, state and US Regulations.
Switchgear
R. T. Casey can specify, supply, install and maintain electrical switchgear up to 69 KV (Vacuum, Oil Filled & SF6). For harsh environments, we offer our switchgear in 316 stainless steel enclosures. We will design and build to any customer specification.
We can provide testing services for switchgear, switches and other distribution equipment. We also provide refurbishment and repair services for older systems.
